Anyone already excited about the Lego Dimensions game needs to get ready to crank that emotion up to eleven.
That’s because Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has just released its story trailer for the game, and it looks excellent — depicting the unlikely story of how Batman, Gandalf, and Wyldstyle team up, and offering a neat glimpse of the game’s big bad, Lord Vortech.

As a toys-to-life game bringing together the heroes of DC Comics, The Lord of the Rings franchise, Back to the Future, Scooby-Doo, Doctor Who, Jurassic World, Ghostbusters, The Lego Movie, and so many more, Lego Dimensions is shaping up to be the highlight of my 2015.
Now if I could just figure out a way to pass the time until September 29…
